Thai Spring Rolls (Vegetarian or with Shrimp)
For a great appetizer or main course, try a Thai fresh roll

Thai Chicken Wrap
Brimming with vegetables and lots of flavor,
these Thai Chicken Wrap make a great appetizer or party food.
And they’re surprisingly easy to make.
How to Make Thai Fresh Spring Rolls :
INGREDIENTS:
1 pack of large dried rice wrappers (also called “rice paper”)
1 cup of cooked chicken or turkey, sliced or cut into bite size pieces
Fish sauce (or you can substitute with one cup cooked small or medium sized shrimp fresh, in canned, or frozen)
tossed in 2 Tbsp. soy sauce)
If Vegetarian, substitute baked tofu or with flavored wheat gluten
1 cup of fresh coriander leaves
1 cup of fresh sweet basil, roughly chopped if leaves are large
1/2 large cucumber, sliced
1 carrot, grated
1 cup of fresh bean sprouts
Except for the rice rolls, place each of the above ingredients in a separate bowl and set aside.
